It's not the cleanest place but fast service and good food.

Not the most authentic, but it's definitely worth a visit if you need your fix of Mexican comida. Unfortunately, the chips are sub-par, but you'll forgive them when you taste their "Sangrita". The tortillas are made in-house, so good luck not eating a plateful because it will be a struggle.

Food was just okay. Staff was friendly. We went during a busy time so general food and drink may have rushed. Member of party ordered 2 a la cart enchiladas.. And the refused to serve them on one plate.. So more plates than we needed at table.

The food and atmosphere were absolutely amazing! This is my favorite Mexican restaurant by far- and even my FAVORITE RESTAURANT- OF ALL TIME. When we got there (we went for lunch, party of 4), we were greeted by friendly, and- despite some reviews- PROFESSIONAL waitresses, and got seated at our table right away, even without a reservation! The place was crowded, but in a pleasant way, like the atmosphere that makes the restaurant feel livelier, happier. The food was absolutely delicious (I got soft tacos). It was an amazing experience. Would give it a 6/5 if I could. I'm definitely going for not only my b-day, but any occasion that is worthy of going to a restaurant.Great job Cactus team!

Had the distinguished honor of having lunch @ Cactus Cantina w/ my girlfriend, my best friend Leo and his wife on 3/29/15. The atmosphere was just right, nice crowd, food was extremely fantastic. 2 thumbs up. Last but not least, our waitress Tiffany made our experience wonderful, pleasant and she's very professional. Please give her a huge "Thanks". We can't wait to see you again Tiffany.

This sprawling Tex-Mex practitioner in Cleveland Park is always jumping with families and AU students thanks to a tasty menu, strong margaritas and a mesmerizing tortilla machine; a few find the eats and vibe just so-so, but most believe the friendly staff and fun atmosphere make it a good neighborhood gathering spot.
