Mahi Mahi Salad was delicious and I love their grilled portabello mushrooms!

My second time was disappointing compared to the first time. Food was fantastic but took way too long. We realized something went wrong when server asked if we wanted dessert -- while we were still waiting on our meals. Was busy but not overly so. There were empty tables. Someone in charge gave us a free bottle of sparkling water with an apology.

Akila and his brother Mossimo have always done a great job. I have gone to this restaurant since he was at the Billy Stearns Tennis club in Longwood Run in the early 90's.

The roasted and braised meats are incredible. I always get the fettucini Amici with roasted chicken and sundried tomato.

The chicken is always plump, tender and juicy with sundried tomato in a smooth cream sauce.

Akila's frist love is fresh tomato and it shows in his bruchetta.

You cannot go wrong with this place, I have gone there for 15 years and never been dissatisfied. That while most of the rest of the restaurants in SRQ have gone to s**t.
