We have been going to Cafe Asia at least once a week for over three years now. I never really liked sushi that much until I started going there. Their sushi is almost always of very good quality and it is hard to beat $1 sushi happy hours and cheap drinks for 3.5 hours AND 6 days a week! The bartenders are amazing and we love going there every week. My only complaint is that I wish they would upgrade the TVs and sound system so that we can watch the game(s) there, instead of having to go somewhere else when they come on.

The bartenders here are excellent and I drink too much when I am there, and they support it... Make sure you hit up their happy hour specials!

Although this is very busy and crowd location, it will delight patron with very well made sushi and good service.

If you ever visit the old location in Eye Street DC then you should come visit this location.

Are you coming at the lunch time? Be forewarned that it is very busy and crowd but service is quick.

I was taken here by my manager to have lunch. This place was packed and they tried to leverage evey inch of space and put as many tables as they can. It was pretty difficult to walk around and I was very uncomfortable at first because we were literally one arm length from touching the people who sat around us. But as my manager and I started getting in our conversation, it really didn't matter much anymore because everyone just mind their own and seemed to be used to this environment.

Despite the business, our orders did not take long at all, and our sushi came rolled perfectly. We also ordered soup, edamame and fried tofu. Everything was delicious. Our cups were never empty. I can see why this place is so busy everyday because they can keep up with the quality and speed. Very nice restaurant!!

Excellent sushi! The fish was soft and buttery like it's supposed to be. Not a single tough piece. The atmosphere is fun and boisterous and the nigiri pieces were a bit on the small side but then I was there for $1 per-piece happy hour so that could explain it. Overall a good experience and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town.
