11/12/2015 5:57 pmHonestly the best food I've had while visiting in the DC area. And fairly inexpensive for the quality! The atmosphere is wonderful too. Overall highly recommended. |

07/11/2015 9:53 pmWhy would they advertise out front that their a bar!? I showed up in a t-shirt and khaki shorts after I went for a hike just looking for a quick drink on my way back to my apartment. The moment I arrived I was greeted with glares from the staff and ignored by the bartender until I had to nearly shout to get his attention in a quiet room. After belatedly making my drink I asked for a glass of water, which he ignored. Upon getting my check I again requested a glass of water and was again ignored. From the moment I stepped into this cafe I was treated as if I didn't belong due to how I dressed. If they want to be elitist and snobbish towards customers that's their choice but they could at least put a dress code requirement outside their restaurant if they want to send the message that the average person isn't welcome unless they're wearing their Sunday best. |

06/30/2015 2:01 amA great escape from DC can be found here. The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. If you are looking for your perfect French cafe, this is the place. I came in around 3:45 and the restaurant serves their Lunch Special till 4p.m. I had made it in time, the special is $12 and you can have a choice of two: half sandwich, half soup or half salad. I chose the Elba sandwich and the French onion soup. Excellent combination and very tasty. I ordered an espresso, the price was on the higher side than most prices in the DC area. The seating next to the window is a treat, good for people watching. Staff was friendly and helpful. |

04/08/2015 6:39 pmThis is an adorable and authentic restaurant on Wisconsin Ave, around the "French Strip." The sandwiches and onion soup were delicious and the crepes were to die for. While the spot was cozy, it reminded people in my lunch party of a small french bistro. |

11/23/2015 7:09 pmA little Gallic haven in Georgetown, this petite, authentic French cafe tucked away on Wisconsin Avenue offers a nice menu, impeccable crêpes and a popular Sunday brunch, all at reasonable costs; regulars find the tin-ceilinged interior quite charming at this happy little place. |
