06/20/2015 3:41 pmLOVE THIS PLACE!!! I just got done with my second order from Carolina Cafe. I tried the Chipotle Chicken Panini yesterday for the first time...I thought that this was my favorite panini. Today, I ordered the Avocado Turkey Panini and I believe this is my favorite panini...seriously. Amazing food and great staff! |

05/18/2015 11:24 pmPurchased a chocolate croissant and iced coffee. It's the worst when a cafe stores pre-made iced coffee in a cooler. The boy working gave me the chocolate croissant from the display with the "chocolate croissant" pick sign in it and when I asked for it to be warmed- the microwave was on a crowded shelf 6 inches off the floor. Chocolate croissant was heavy and inside chocolate tasted like a heaving spoonful of Nutella was spread on before baking. Croissants are supposed to be light and I was expecting real chocolate to be baked in. I'm still on a search to find an amazing FRESH bakery in Raleigh. The whole experience was "eh" I wouldn't go back or recommend to anyone. It always amazing me how these businesses are so well-loved. I guess it's location. |

09/13/2014 9:07 amGreat breakfast spot! Don't be fooled if there seems to be a lot of people waiting - these folks crank out orders quickly! Everybody thoroughly enjoyed their meals, and we found it to be larger portions than expected. |

08/18/2014 1:54 pmSome of the best breakfast in the Triangle. We stopped here while taking a family member to the bus station down the road and I must say we were impressed for the most part. It has a Denny's/Ihop/Perkins feel, but they don't have wait staff. You go up, order your food, pick it up and clean up after yourself. The food was surprisingly good, fresh and FAST. When I say fast, I mean we ordered 4 breakfasts and within 5-10 minutes they were calling my name. The eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and croissants all were nice and fresh. I'm also a coffee geek and I rather enjoyed their dark roast which they kept in your run-of-the mill coffee pots but also kept the coffee coming, hot and smooth. Their French Toast also was a nice surprise, with large pieces of thick, hearty cinnamon bread. For something different, I recommend their Huevos Wrapcheros...I'm salivating thinking of this right now. |

11/24/2013 11:59 pmI love these cupcakes! This new cupcakery has the best little tasty treats, I love the Dark Chocolate Mocha and Smores, the icing is fabulous. The owners are very nice and the cakes they make for special occasions are so cute and inventive. |
