Pound for pound the best restaurant in Milwaukee! What you get for the price is simply outstanding and some of the best Mexican food you will ever have.

Came here with a friend and had a great brunch! We both ordered the Despierta--great deal! It comes with a breakfast platter of rice, beans, eggs, meat/veggie option, and a brunch cocktail!

I chose the spicy bloody mary and was very pleased. Good thickness and well seasoned, though it could have been a tad hotter.

At a second visit I ordered the vegan taco plate, with one of each of the vegan options. The tofu was pretty bland, but the soy chorizo was sooooo good!

This place has great food, and not too hard on the wallet either. Great selection of craft beers on tap. We went on a Tuesday and they had a 2 for 1 special on tap beers. They also had a deal on tacos, mix and match the various kinds for an awesome flavor experience! Great service and excellent food, I'll definately be back! And I hear they are opening another location in Bay View as well!

What a drag! A "Mexican place" for clueless white people who like to feel good about themselves. Have been here three times and they always screw it up, either forget something or bring something else than I ordered. People working here are fairly nice, but that's it, they are also mostly incompetent, music sucks, food is 'meh'. Few catholic pictures on the wall and flour tortilla Mexican eatery does not make. Drive ten minutes to Walker's point or overcome your paranoia and add few more minutes to get to Lincoln Ave for far superior experience and half the price.
