Yeah, I'm not impressed. After reading several reviews about "the best French Toast you'll ever have" it was soggy egg bread that was under-cooked and then covered in WAY to much powered sugar.

We went on a chilly January morning about 11AM and they weren't too busy so we did get seated right away and the service was timely and polite. The Eggs Benedict was OK but nothing special.

The kitchen was open to the dining area and the cook & staff were very loud with talking, shouting, laughing and clanking metal cooking implements. Also, smoke was filling the dining area when they started cooking/burning the bacon.

Overall, not impressed in the least and I will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone.

I have eaten here since I was born. This is where I go for the big days. Forget the chart house or the ringside.

After reading about how amazing the place was we decided to try it out. At 8 a.m. on weekday we were the only customers. I expected a selection of pastries, but they offered nothing but muffins. They said they have better selection on weekends. They do not serve espresso or latte but do offer French press coffee. They serve it by a whole vessel, which is about two and a half cups.

The food was OK. Salmon Benedict was the highlight of the breakfast. Hash browns were basically shred potatoes, lumped and fried. They did not feel fluffy inside and they did not have any hint of a taste - no salt, no pepper, no butter or eggs.

All it all, the place seemed underwhelming for what I expected, and a bit expensive.
