I like this store, but I'll be staying away from it until the regular manager returns from sick leave. The interim manager said she will refuse to sell me drink refills unless I use one of those flimsy Subway branded plastic cups. I don't like service providers placing petty and arbitrary stipulations on what I can and cannot buy. There are plenty of restaurants in the downtown area that would be happy to have my business. I usually spend $50 or more per week in this store. I will be spending exactly $0 until they develop a proper understanding of the customer/server relationship. Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face!
