We ordered the Rainbow Roll and they made it fresh in front of us. The avocado was so fresh I could taste it cut through the fresh salmon and tuna. The rice was not seasoned properly though. However, the serving size was just right. She made 1.5 inch-diameter sushi medallions which to me was just the way sushi should be portioned - not too big, not too small. To top it all, it was just less than $10 for that! It's a good deal. She also made the sushi fast. :D
