Nice place. They get the equation here. Good coffee + good food/treats + good customer service = happy customers.

When I'm in town I usually hit this place since it is convenient. I've noticed some positive changes since my last visit which prompted this review.

Breakfast additions are a nice touch. Well done! Oh so are credit cards:))

The gelato here is good! The portions are a bit small, but the price is fair. There are plenty of options, and I've never had trouble finding a place to sit.

Welcome to your friendly neighborhood coffee shop. If ever there was a place where you could imagine yourself as a Ross or Rachel of San Diego, chillen and conversing in a comfy, nearby coffeehouse--this would be it.

Be warned it is cash only (though they do have an ATM), and the desserts really don't come up to par with their breakfast sandwiches, but their espresso and coffee is top notch. It's also a family-owned business where you will see the owner more often than not sitting and enjoying a cup of coffee with his guests.

And if you're looking for some good 'ole coffee art, look no further. Bet your Starbucks barista won't compete to the design they'll draw with foam for you...even if you do immediately drink and destroy it. When you know it's there, it means something.

So grab your "Friends" and enjoy a cup of coffee or two. Definitely a cozy spot before running your morning to-do list, especially when it's in the picturesque spot under the Little Italy sign.
