05/16/2014 3:47 amWe got to the restaurant and sat at an outside table. Waitress greeted us and said she would be right with us. I went in to get menus and a lady came in with 2 others after us. I heard her ask the others if they wanted to sit outside. After realizing there was no tables with 3 seats she complained to the owner. Instead of asking us politely to move to another table they ask if we had a reservation. There was lots of seating inside. I miss Carlos he was great always treated us well. Not sure if they were family or friends of the owner but felt that was totally rude. No sign saying tables outside must have reservation. . |

11/19/2013 3:56 amMy parents were in town for the Veteran's weekend and they want Italian. I meant real Italian not O Garden. The whole experience is as close to real, authentic homely Italian/European that you can get. It's downtown, which is so convenient for us because it is walking distance for us. It's got the sidewalk facing patio seating, the high celing interior, the Illy signage and coffee, the Pellegrino, the smell, the homely yet uncompromising proprietorship, and most importantly, the food is so good!!!! It's open for lunch, which is wonderful, but the real deal is dinner. My parents are the first Italian generation and they have to admit that Milano is an authentic Italian |

06/01/2012 10:51 pmA friend and I went to Tucson for Jane's Addiction at the Music Hall. We arrived early and were simply looking for a place to grab a cup of coffee. I spied the Illy sign above the front awning and popped my head in the door. No iced coffee drinks in the evening, buy a quick cappuccino sounded good so we went inside, took seats at the window bars... and wondered what they might have for dessert. |
