Caliente Mexican Craving, Baton Rouge, Louisiana Restaurant Details

Food is only ok. Service last 2 times we have been was terrible. We will not be going back here ever.

I have been here many times. The service is always good, and the food is Great!

When Caliente's in Central first opened the food was really good. The service has never impressed me at all. The past two times I've been there lately(in the past year) food has arrived cold and not as ordered. My husband had something made with shrimp and spent a terrible night with intestinal distress. I will drive into Baton Rouge next time.

This restaurant was quite refreshing. Everything I had was flavorful. Down to the shrimp like they was just pluck out of the gulf. When I came in instead of watching sports on tv, the tv was tune to food network

Caliente has amazing food. I have tried other places and no one else can come close to Caliente! It is by far my most favorite Mexican restraunt and I belive it will be for a very long time. The prices are fair for the portions you get( which is A LOT) Everything is amazing, even the margaritas :) you won't be disapointed!!! A former Employee and loyal Customer!
