Best tasting pizza around. Great service and fast.

I ordered a slightly crispy medium 4-topping pizza (pepperoni, sausage, onions, and green pepper) for delivery earlier today. As a Chicago native, I didn't expect the pizza to taste very good compared to Chicago pizza and because I'm a picky eater.

Boy was I wrong! I was absolutely shocked at how delicious it was! One of the best pizzas I've ever had, and I've eaten at Lou Malnati's Pizza and Giordano's pizza among others in Chicago. I will definitely order again soon. And I only paid $14.13 including the delivery fee and there was no debit/credit card fee! (maybe the gave me a deal because it was my 1st time ordering from them) but that's very cheap compared to the other pizza places that I've eaten at. Pizza arrived within 45 minutes and was still hot. Delivery guy was one of the people I talked to on the phone and he was very friendly.

It was a bit greasy though, but after damping it down with paper towels, it was delicious.

This establishment does have good pizza, but if you would like to have excellent customer service, this is not the place. I ordered two Antipasto salads, which on the menu states that it comes with ham and pepperoni. When the salads were delivered to me, I found that there wasn't any pepperoni in the salads, and only 5 small pieces of ham in it. Because I had only 20 minutes to eat lunch, I ate my salad, and went on in my busy work day. A few hours later, when I had a few minutes to spare, I called California Pizza Co., and spoke with the owner. I let him know that there was no pepperoni in the salads I had ordered, and that it came with only 5 pieces of ham. He immediately got defensive, and told me that he personally made the salads (how would he remember 3 hours later which salads he had made?) and that he absolutely without a doubt put in pepperoni. I told him that I had one, and my boss had one, and there was no pepperoni in the salads. He stated that what I was saying was false, clarifying that he wasn't calling me a liar, but that I was wrong, which, of course, I was not. I asked to be reimbursed, and he refused. He did offer a chance to make up for it by giving me two other salads, but since he was so rude to me and kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain what the issue was, I refused the free salads, and told him I would never eat there again.
