California Pizza Kitchen, Norfolk, Virginia Restaurant Details

Food:

Food was great, customer service awesome; however seating comfort prompted me to respond with 4-stars. The seating is very tight while with larger parties. Booth seating is not so bad.

Food:

Usually go here a couple times a year, most notably for the Breakfast with Santa and the Easter Bunny. Foods not bad and you get candid pics with your kids and characters. Becoming a tradition, except this year when we didn't get breakfast. We got a spot, we got pics as soon as we sat down, we got the experience, we got no service. No wait staff came to our table to introduce themselves, get our order, or even say sorry we busy but will get to you in a moment. A few people came in after us got their orders in, got their drinks, and we sat down for 15 mins with nothing. Try going to a restaurant with kids and say we're here to watch other people eat and you can't have any. Not fun. So we left for food outside the mall. So may have to rethink our traditions.

Food:

First I want to say that our server was great, but I had an issue with the girl who is supposed to take us to our seat. First she wasn't there when my daughter and I walked in, she took a good 10 minutes to appear, and when she did she had this nasty look on her face. My daughter and I weren't the only ones waiting, there was a line. This happened at 1:30 p.m. today

Food:

Sat here waiting for our appetizer for over 20 minutes. After bringing it up to our lazy server Maricela, she used the excuse of the kitchen staff lost the check. When we finally received our appetizer (30 minutes later) it was burned. A runner brought our order out because our lazy server was "too busy" with one other table. Absolute worst service from this restaurant. We will not be returning.

Food:

The first time I ever came here everything was perfect. However the second time I came we sat at a table for over 30 minutes and all we got were drinks. Our server walked past our table numerous times, in fact the family next to us (who got there after us) were able to get their food. The guy never came back to take our order! We ended up just walking out. Huge disappointment and waste of time.
