Increadible service. Dan here will take care of you. It's a given that the pizza and drinks are incredible...but to pull off such fine service and take care of customers so well is beyond me...but they do it so perfectly. ....be prepared to tip the price of the meal...not because they ask you to but because you'll feel you want to...

Promptly greeted and sat.Their remodel is very inviting and upscale looking. The service was quick and accurate and our server Danielle was fun and professional. I will return frequently and recommend it to pizza lovers, or anyone looking for great food or dining experience!!!!:)

After a great weekend in Phoenix, AZ Beach that included Pageant of the Masters on Friday night and the Sawdust Festival on Saturday, my wife and I experienced a great lunch at California Pizza Kitchen before we left for home. As usual, the food and the Bloody Marys/Marias were excellent. The staff did a great job of taking care of our needs and providing a pleasurable dining experience. The Halibut Chowder, a menu main stay, is always consistently great as was the Pulled Pork Sandwich and the Cheeseburger that we ordered. California Pizza Kitchen is a Phoenix, AZ Beach restaurant that every visitor to this beach town must enjoy. Of all the meals we experienced during our stay, this was the best dining experience we had all weekend.

Thomas was fast and friendly. I like the atmosphere not just their interaction with customers but with each other aswell. I saw a server drop a spoon and with out missing a beat Thomas called out I got your back. good team work shows. It makes for a better experience for the customer.

The complaint is about the supervisor on duty. Tonight we came in as a group of five adults. Upon arrival the service was excellent. The food as always was great but then we ordered dessert. We had not been there for a while and told the waiter, Rene, we wanted the hot brownie with ice cream but couldn't remember the name. He brought us the children's dessert that wasn't even on the menu instead of checking the menu for what we wanted. We were eating it but knew this is not what we had ordered. My friend went to complain and found out it was a child's dessert that wasn't on the menu. The waiter was going to take it off the menu but had to bring his supervisor over to check out our story. My friend said there is no further need for discussion and if they didn't want to take it off the bill because we ate it that was fine. The supervisor walked away and said in a loud voice "that was weird" and talked about my "loudmouth friend". She was only 15' away and meant for us to hear. No one would reveal her name but she ruined our night.
