10/23/2015 2:21 pmI love this place! The food is fresh and fast and the service is excellent. Really friendly people! I love getting the burrito bowl with blackened fish and mango salsa. Also, I recommend getting the loyalty card--I get discounts and special deals all the time! |

04/02/2015 5:29 pmI will never order delivery from California Tortilla again. They said it would take 60-75 minutes and after 120 minutes, we are still waiting. I called in to check on the order and they said they didn't receive the order until 30 minutes after I submitted it, even though I have a confirmation screen showing the time the order was submitted. |

03/22/2015 9:27 pmAbsolutely terrible. I placed an order online. After an hour and a half it did not arrive. I called and asked what the status of my order was. The lady I talked with told me that they were not going to deliver my food because they were "too busy." I was never called or notified that this was going to be the case. I asked if I was charged for the food, and they told me that I was. I asked why, if they were not going to deliver my food. She told me that I was not going to get "free food" despite the restaurant refusing to deliver my order. It makes absolutely no sense how I can be charged for food when they are refusing to deliver the food. I had to do a charge back, and never received the food. This is quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had ordering food. When I got aggitated over the phone, the employee made an off-handed comment about my race (I'm white). Order at your own peril. |

01/28/2015 2:06 amUnfortunately, they encountered this Californian. Back home, there's a mix of fusion foods from everywhere(esp Asia). The menu seemed interesting and exciting but the food (I ordered fish tacos with chips), however, sucked. Moreover, I was very surprised to be given melted cheese with my chips - traditionally salsa is given with chips. I couldn't even finish the fish tacos per the bland taste. They did have a nice selection of mild to spicy sauces... which you'll need. I've had better food at Taco Bell. |
