The "gourmet aspirations" are still "interesting" and the "fabulous mojitos" still flowing at this Upper West Side Nuevo Latino vet, now firmly settled in its "attractive" Excelsior Hotel digs; weekends the "party" picks up during the "unlimited sangria brunch" (just "bring a designated driver").

Food:

I only come here for the bottomless sangria for brunch. They used to have a table with all the sangrias and you go up to get it yourself. I think they realized how messy it got so you have to order it individually. It's still a good deal though since you just have to order an entree and you get unlimited sangria. Also, the yuca bread you get in the beginning is amazing. I can eat 2 baskets of it before I even get to the entree.

GREAT RESTAURANT FOR GROUPS! we were 8 people and they handled the table fast and nicely, the sangrias are really good and they have a bast selection of latin plates, like mofongo and tasty chicken. be aware that you can not dance!

This is place is an absolute 5 ! First off the service is amazing they're pure miracle makers ! The food is definitely on point i came in for brunch and had two entree and so many different sangria's it was not even funny ! I became addicted ! They attract a lot of people so it's always a bit crowded and noisy but if you can get over that this place will have needing to be fork lifted out . I had the huevos ranchero !

the fiod was good Caribbean fare. the ceviche was awesome. i wouldn't order the paella - although they said ut was prepared fresh, it clearly was not. the waitress said it would be reasy in 15 mins with the rest of the dinners at the table. i declined to order it.

Awesome spot for brunch. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Plus they have a Sangria bar. Yep, Sangria flows like Ensure at an assisted living facility here and it is heavenly.
