06/22/2015 8:11 pmGreat location right on the river and the outside patio is spacious and comfortable. Our server was incredible- knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. I would say the best part of the experience was the berry-cucumber soda cocktail- refreshing and well-balanced, not too sweet. The food left something to be desired. My guest and I ordered the New York Strip with truffle butter and the Orecchiette pasta and both dishes were incredibly under-seasoned to the point that I wished there was salt and pepper at the table. Very disappointing considering that the restaurant boasts local ingredients and handmade pasta. I would return for the atmosphere and cocktails alone, and definitely try different dishes from their extensive menu. |

05/27/2015 5:28 pmGood quality food, and it's mostly local. There is a lot of pork on the menu... and almost no 'healthy', or 'vegetarian' choices available. Great place for a small bite before or after drinks, and they use VPN flour for their pizza. I've been here many times and despite a menu that is updated often, I find it is often difficult to eat a balanced meal here-- everything on the menu can become too over-powering. Despite few healthy options, they do use quality ingredients, and that keeps me going back. I reluctantly rate the menu/food/taste as 3 star, but the atmosphere and a few items (pizzas, desserts) are lovely and not to be ignored. |

04/06/2015 8:40 pmI think at one point Camp may have been 4 star worthy and maybe I have missed that moment. I have been there a handful of times over the years and each time I left feeling confused. How did all of these people give it such great reviews? Is it me? What could lead people to eat mediocre food (I could have made better pasta than what I had last night) and get under par service and still give them a good rating? Lemmings is really the only reason I can come up with. |

12/30/2014 3:30 amOne of the best restaurants in town. Owner supports local producers. Im usually not a cocktail drinker but here I make an exception. Food is always fresh, well seasonsed, and nicely presented. Great location on the Riverwalk. I love sitting on the elevated patio over the river in summer or in front of full wall windows along Sierra Street in winter. |
