02/01/2013 5:26 pmThis is a classic Greek N.Y. diner. great food, great service, anytime, and great breath of food types on the menu. How do they store all that different food and cook it on demand? I don't know how they do it. We have had co-workers from Colorado come in and be totally blown away that at 10PM at night they could order virtually anything. They have never seen anything like that out west. I love the seafood bisque (just make sure you tell them extra hot and steamy) and the swordfish; friends of ours travel 20 miles from the south shore just for their lamb specials. (And return with plenty of extra food for lunch the next day!) It's a Commack landmark for breakfast, lunch , dinner or late night snack(24 hours a day) |

09/20/2012 8:13 pmA very good diner. A bit expensive but portions are large so if you can take some home price drops in half. Parking is easy. My wife's fish dinner was very good. I had open faced turkey, which is my favorite, and that was good. Not the best but a 7 out of 10. |

06/14/2012 3:21 pmIt's "candlelight". A classic place that everyone in Commack has been to many times. I have ordered their chocolate chip pancakes almost every visit for the past 15 years and they are still awesome. My family says that the rest of the menu is great, so I'll take their word for it. Also, the pasta salad is out of this world ridiculous. |
