Don't eat here if you think people should be served in the order they arrive. My husband and followed a solo blond young man in. About 10 minutes later two foursomes arrived. One was all Asian and the other had one Asian person with them. The two foursomes were served before the blonde man, my husband and I.

The food is so so. The pork in our soup looked old and was very tough. The cashew chicken was flavorless and in a pale heavy cornstarch sauce. I've eaten many of their dishes in the past and none warranted praise.

Also, the empty fish tank greeting you as you entered was gross.

Please notice that most good reviews were old. I've heard they changed chefs.

If you are looking for good Chinese food this is not the place to visit. The atmosphere is not very clean and the service is slow. I visited from Columbus, OH and this place by far is the worst I have ever had. Save your money and time and do not attempt to eat at this place. I had reservations initially, but the reviews made me want to try it. The egg rolls were mushy, the meat did not taste fresh and the ingredients were low quality. This hole in the wall is not worth it!

I love capital tea garden! I been going there since I was a little girl, and now I bring my family and they love it! The price and service is great! And I love that little asian lady! :)

I love the food, that little Asian lady, and the place is nice and quiet. For the people who said the service is bad how much attention do you need?

If you love dimsum...this is the spot in Sacramento that you have to visit. Food is ALWAYS fresh! The wait staff is friendly, and is always attentive to the customers needs. The food is prepared quickly and you're eating within a matter of minutes. Try the HK style noodles and the deep fried shrimp balls! You will NOT be disappointed!
