I see the bad reviews but i have personally had great experiences the 3 times that I have come here. Even the cook comes out of the kitchen to greet me. The lady at the counter is lovely. I can tell that she has an attitude, but it is a playful one. I love their personalities. My chicken alfredo was delicious. I definitely recommend it.

I must say it disappoints me to see such bad reviews on this awesome restaurant. Capparelli's is a simple but fine mom and pop shop. This place carries fine Italian homemade dishes. Its a friendly welcoming place where you can just let loose and enjoy your visit and satisfy your tummies. No one is perfect and never will be so don't let these bad reviews keep you from trying it out. Sometimes people aren't having a good day or week or life just isn't grand at all so they relieve themselves in such matter. Whatever the case Capparelli's would get a 10+ if I could rate so. I myself and my family have never been disappointed. I definitely recommend.

I just visited this location for the second time; the first was unimpressive that it took several months before I decided to see why it was so unmemorable. This visit on 4/10/16 was so bad that I could not bring myself to leave a tip, which is serious for me considering I worked as a waitress for years. We walked in to be told “sit where you like" by the waitress who was speaking over her shoulder to us. We sat ourselves and the waitress set down menus in a rush and asked what we wanted to drink. The positive was we got our drinks immediately but asked us what we wanted to eat right away. We asked for more time a bit annoyed that we only had the menu for a minute, but was given only two minutes more before she was back at our table asking us again what we wanted to eat. When I said I still needed more time she started rattling of options that were not on the menu as if that was going to speed up my decision. When I again asked for a second she proceeded to rush me by asking what I was “in the mood for, chicken, beef…” I wanted to say I was in the mood for more time. I asked about an item on the menu called the big sloppy and was told it was like a pizza but a sandwich. I asked what was on it and she answered “what it says on the menu, sauce cheese and whatever you want, or the super sloppy which is everything” since I was being rushed I agreed to the super sloppy, since you USUALLY can’t go wrong with everything. Well everything was wrong. I was presented with a very dry set of cut open Italian loaf halves, barely touched with sauce, and layered with black olives, mushrooms, a few pepperoni slices and a barely melted layer of cheese. All I could think was “is this really what the owners want to be selling in their restaurant, or do they even know this is what’s being served to their customers. We were yet again rushed through our meal with questions of do you want desert and presented with the ticket before everyone was done eating. Odd though when I put my card down to pay the two very young waitresses and one random boy who sat behind the counter on his phone took a very long time with my credit card. I walked away unsatisfied, irritated and above all concerned that my card information was no longer secure. This restaurant may be wonderful when adults are present, but since my experience was completely ruined by unsupervised young people with no maners, poor service, no regard for quality, and shady actions, I will not be returning, and caution everyone I know to never visit this restaurant.

First and last time to go here. Unprofessional staff, place is outdated and smells. food isn't very good. Average at best and doesn't justify the cost. The portions are big but the food isn't that good so why waist your money. Pasta plates are okay and pizza is just a hard bread with cheese on it. Not really worth going to eat there.

The food is delicious and plentiful. Tastes really fresh. When I asked the manager if everything is made fresh, her response was, "Well, the wine comes in bottles, but aside from that, yeah. Fresh every day." Not sure what all the one star reviews are talking about. Capparelli's is my go to place for Italian!
