Cappy's Pizza, Boston, Massachusetts Restaurant Details

Food:

This is the worst pizza & sub shop in Boston. Delivery took over an hour, they didn't have my complete order, food was cold, bread was soggy, and the sub was open on both ends meaning the food just fell through the bottom every time I picked it up, the mozzarella sticks were also ice cold. This place is the absolute worse, and they didn't offer to send me new food to replace or make up for the fact that my complete order wasn't in. This is the worst place in Boston; anyone saying other wise is a drunk dumbass or an employee.

Food:

Cappy's has insanely fast delivery of reliably decent short-order cuisine. Often it comes within 30 minutes of placing the order. They are also one of the few places that delivers high quality diner-style breakfast to your home without a hefty delivery fee.

To whom it may concern:
You ought to tell your stupid delivery man that if he going to flip the bird for no reason to pedestrians waiting at the cross walk (corner of Gainsborough and Huntington Ave., Friday night around 7:30 PM) that he should make sure that he is in an un mark car not one with your name on top of it. Because that action is going to result in bad PR for your establishment (like this) and makes him look like an idiotic !

long flight late getting in. ordered online then called them to confirm. 1:30 min later nothing. can't talk to the food as I still have not received it. but they have my money. funny huh.

oh wait just got a call broken English but I think he said. del ivory driver 2 min. after a 2 hour wait. should be best I ever had. I'll update once eaten.

Very bad service. The food was disgusting I absolutely wouldn't recommend to anybody. Had a difficult time getting my order placed since everyone there couldn't seem to speak English.
