The whole experience was amazing, these guy the (mates) were extremely helpful, informative, and considerate they were always checking to see if anyone needed bait, and or tackle this was special to considering this was my first trip out catching Black Sea Bass, they also knew exactly where to find the fish anyone caught their limits except two people out 29, however, they made sure that everyone left with their limits I believe that the mates Chris and the others, forgive guys for forgetting your names created a enjoyable experience that facilitated others to want to make everyone had their limit I will recommend anyone looking to have fun, catch fish, and enjoy herself to come out and experience this. I will be returning soon, don't miss out

Best mojito I've ever had! They actually picked fresh mint off the plant they had growing near the bar. Food was amazing as well. I would definitely go back :)

This is the first time my girlfriend and I have gone to the Angler and we loved the food. She had the salmon and I had the Mahi. It was fantastic, the restaurant was very clean and very orderly. Our drinks were never empty for long, and the food arrived promptly. We WERE there at a rather busy time and the entire staff performed extremely well. I was very impressed and WILL be eating there again.

Angler was, is always the best choice for me. First looked it up 2 years ago and took my parents there for my dad's birthday and it didn't disappoint at all! Everything on their menu is cooked with the Angler love in it! Their creations for seafood, from fresh caught salmon, rock fish, to Maryland crabs are all delicious! We went there again this year and met the owner, who was very hospital in taking the time to chat with us even though they were preparing for a big wedding later that evening. Our server Sophie was just amazing! Will stop there again the next time I am in OC, MD! And don't forget to go on their cruises after your delicious meal!!

I had heard very good things about fishing on the Angler, so I decided to check it out.
While the boat is clean and comfortable, the mates delivered sub-par service.
They had no sense of urgency to help with tangles or net Flounder(called Fluke everywhere else).
Despite a steady pick at shorts and keepers, they spent most of the trip at the stern, talking with the regulars or inside the cabin. I know it's a resort town and most of the fares will probably not be repeat customers, but actually engaging the people and teaching them about the fish and how to fish is a no-brainer in my book. It can only help them, and the industry in general, to get and keep more people interested in sport fishing.
I had been scouting this boat for a company fishing trip, but I will find another head boat instead.
