Captain Bills Submarine, Phoenix, Arizona Restaurant Details

I eat a lot of sub's, found the meat to be cheap and the bread a little too sweet for me. It's not as great as other reviews claim.

Rocket Subs and Burgers right next to Churches Chicken. The service and food is phenomenal and the service is welcoming no matter what walk of life you come from. Captain Bills I have given a third chance to see them treat me the same over and over. The meat there is dry along with the so called friendly service.

First timer. Met Bill right off. Warm and friendly. Great location. Inside- interesting decor. cool and comfortable. Awesome. America going back today small the family business.

I went there on a friend's recommendation. What I don't get is why ANYONE would bring someone under 17 into this sub shop---ever. And yet when I was there, there were plenty of kids. The bumper stickers are beyond tasteless---they're downright offensive! My jaw was on the floor the entire time I was waiting for my take out order. I'm so glad I didn't happen to bring my 8th grader with me. The ttenage girl who took my order was sporting more cleavage than a Hooter's server.

The place looks dirty, too.

But all that said, I have to admit the vegetarian sandwich I had was pretty darn tasty. My family enjoyed their sandwiches, too. So, all in all, if you're not easily offended like I am and you want really inexpensive but tasty subs available in a nice variety of sizes, you might want to take a chance on this place.

The quality of food and especially the service has suffered greatly. Maybe getting complacent in the workplace? Anyway, we noticed a drop off in the food we have enjoyed for years and the indifferent attitudes of wait staff . Shame
