Captain D's Seafood, Memphis, Tennessee Restaurant Details

Food:

Never have an issue with food or the attitudes of the employees. Only complaint is the time spent in the drive thru. Everyday u will wait at least 10 to 20 minutes to get your order on the speaker. Please do better.

Food:

This is not the greatest place to get "fish" but if you like Captain D's it's about the closest place to go. The line can be kinda long and slow. Service is not always the best. Best to check your order well before you pull off. It is terribly inconvenient to turn back around and go inside to get your order correct as the traffic flow kind of kicks you back out into the main thoroughfare quickly.

I sat in the drive thru for almost 45 minutes and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. I don't classify this as fast food.

02/12/2015 Had a long wait then get home and all 6 of my tartar sauce is spoil smh. Tried to call to let them know and got no answer the 10+ times I called. This place is sad.

we are from N Ill. stopped in for lunch at 11. service good food good. similar to Long John's. more selection.
