Pretty decent service. I always double check my order at the window after I get it.

First let me say that customer service is the key part to happy customers. If I ask for extra ketchup and tarter sauce then I expect that. The bad service we received in the drive thru is a reflection of the management. If you don't like greeting and working with customers then find a place that would make you happy to work. Don't always depend on the national name to make your location be the best. Food here is nothing special. Was over cooked. I won't go back to deal with bad attitude run of the mill employees.
