This place is a chain, so don't expect anything impressionable. The atmosphere is the best part, very brick-y, fireplaces, just very cozy. Love this place in the winter. Service is alright. Cashiers are usually in a hurry, but what do you expect. Bathrooms are good for tourists, just ask for the key in the front. It's right down the street from my work so sometimes I go there to finish up a project, no one bothers you and the streets are a nice mini-distraction. Coffee is good, nothing spectacular. Though I have to say, the iced coffee sucks. Avoid or go somewhere else. It's too watery. Monday's are medium coffee for a dollar! Overall, nice place to grab a cup.
