09/28/2015 12:33 amAfter having a very negative experience with Siena Italian Bakery & Deli on Saraha I was elated that I traveled over an hour to have an extremely positive experience with Carlo's Bakery. Their lobster tails were flakey, fresh and delicious as were their cannolis and Italian cookies. I couldn't believe how fresh they stayed even after four days. Can't wait to go back and hopefully will have another positive experience! |

08/25/2015 3:29 amFinally was able to make a trip to this well known bakery. I was able to order my desserts within 5, and another 5 mins to pack them up and pay for them. I was able to try the biscotti, cannoli, and the lobster tails. They were all good especially the lobster tails. I would come back if I was by chance in that area already, and of course if the line was short. With that being said i would not however wait over 30 mins for any of the desserts they have . And plus the cashier was being rude. |

07/12/2015 6:37 amI had a wonderful experience. We were too full for dessert after eating at Buddy V's, so we went to Carlos's Bakery, and took our dessert back to our room after a long walk. |

06/19/2015 6:21 amThe bakery is ok...just like any other american bakery. Carlos is too expensive and not worth to stay in line for. The service process could be better so the line can move faster. Definately would not go back. |

01/15/2015 12:50 amLiked the carrot cake so much that we went back the next day. They were out so we ordered for the following day with extra frosting. We arrived a little early and after a 10 minute wait, were held back for the exact time of the pick up. Another 10 minute wait in line to observe the carrot cakes in the case had lots of frosting so didn't bother to check ours. Very, very disappointed back at the hotel that we had a very thin layer of frosting even after we asked twice if this was the special order. |

11/18/2015 9:39 pmThe tiramisu, cannoli, lobster tail pastries and other old-school Italian treats draw crowds into the late hours at this offshoot of the famous Hoboken bakery (from TLC's Cake Boss), which lands, inevitably, across from owner Buddy Valastro's sit-down eatery Buddy V's in the Venetian's Grand Canal Shoppes. Glass display cases and brick walls re-create the old-school vibe of the original in a counter-serve space designed for queues. |
