I've never written a review in my entire life so this was bad enough for me to say something. On New Years Eve, I went through the drive-through a little before closing and asked for 3 big cheeseburgers with no pickles. I get my food and I ask the lady for ketchup and she barely puts any in and doesn't remember to get my debit card. So she goes back and get's that as I look in the bag and ask for more ketchup while she's trying to hurry me off. I get home and find that none of my 3 burgers any cheese on them even though they charged me. This was completely unacceptable service and delivery for workers to miss the order that much. I would say that is incredibly poor work job by the employees and they should be let go for such poor performance and not seeming to care. Terrible experience on New Years Eve.

I love their burgers here and the food here is better put together than most Carl's Jrs. Just don't come right before an Angels game - they get really, really busy.
