When I order in the Drive thru its always great, hardly ever is my order wrong. Its okay on the inside, but maybe thats just me.

If, as a parent, you have ever yearned for a fast food indoor playground so filthy that it makes you want to run away screaming, then this is the place for you! Even judging by the admittedly low standards of a worn-out-from-work mom willing to feed her children crap for dinner, so long as it feeds them and keeps them happy for 30 minutes, this playland attains new lows in gross. The main dining area complies with standard levels of fast food cleanliness. However, this is just an elaborate ruse of normalcy. Like the horrific backroom of a Bangladeshi meth den, playland will unlock secrets you'll spend the rest of your life wishing you could un-know. From the frigid wall of air that blasts you in the face when you enter to whatever miraculous technology allows the floor to remain simultaneously sticky AND crunchy, no detail has been overlooked. Choose from a selection of disgusting, sticky tables adorned with dusty, greasy, empty napkin holders that will stare at you bereftly as you eat. Other fine details include fry-oil slicked chairs, trash-littered play equipment, easy-listening saxophone music, password protected wifi featuring speeds rivaling those available in 1994, and high chairs so grimy that, were they in a prison setting, it would be a direct violation of the Geneva convention. A full set of booster shots is recommended prior to your visit.

I love to go to this location because I have never had a bad product served at this location. I will agree, depending on the time of the day and the number of patrons, you may have a 10-15 minute wait for your order.
If people think the service is bad at this location, then you should try the location on Abbott Road. Then I think you will appreciate how well this location is. I usually judge a location by the service that is provided and the consistencies with their products served. Hands down, the place location has it.
So, keep up the great work and serving a great product.

The service here is sooooo slow. I just waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers and fries. If you've only got 1 or 2 cars in front of you and have a basic order you're looking at at least a 10-15 minute wait. Consistently slow. I'm done with this place.
