Carl's Jr., El Paso, Texas Restaurant Details

This review is based on my last 8 visits which were between April and may 3. All orders for take out. I usually never eat in. It seems to me that food quality has gone down. Out of these 8 orders, 5 were strictly hamburgers. Each order with at least 2 burgers. I tried the Moonshine Burger and found it to be very dry. The ingredients were not evenly distributed. The same with the western bacon cheeseburgers. The onion rings were stale. Even my Famous Stars were disappointing. The beef patties were not fresh. I definitely remember what a fresh Famous Star taste like and this last visit I did not get the quality I expected. Breakfast is satisfying for the most part but my wait times have been over 10 minutes for 1 meal. I'd have to say the current performance of this location is average at this time.

Friendly staff! My Tex-Mex burger was good. Unfortunately the Diet Coke dispensers were broken.

The worse restaurant in Northeast El Paso. The kids room is always NASTY! they NEVER check the bathrooms. The cooks NEVER use gloves to cook with! The general manager Sylvia Cruz cusses out her managers day in day out cuz she cnt handle the pressure of being a general manager! The chicken tenders are always RAW on the inside. Whether yu go inside to order or go threw drive plan on waiting at least 30 mins. Need I say more NEVER eat at this carls jr
