Very disappointed. Waited 20 minutes for my order. Ordered "All Natural Burger". Dry and cold. Tasted terrible. The place was filthy too. No excuse, the place was dead as well.

Disgusting. Dirty. Young guy with glasses standing around instead of cleaning the dining area.

I am appalled Carls JR trains its staff to behave in the manner in which I witnessed during my visit in El Paso. The cashier Nohemi and the line cook name tag Guapa(Beautiful in Spanish), shift leader Jacob. From taking my order cashier argued if I really needed coffee based on if was cold outside and she left her station to actually check. Argued several times that she would have to make some of the menu items I was ordering. Her tone was extremely sassy and whinny. All while playing grab ass, throwing ice bare handed with shift lead and watching videos on her phone. once order finally received 30min later the order was incorrect. Kids meals were missing food items on the excuse oh I didn't make enough. during me addressing the order issues she turned back to me and said I am not dealing with you... Once my chicken sandwich was received it had long blonde hair in it that matched the GUAPa long hair from the food line with no hair net. Jacob was also witness handling money and toys then handling raw chicken, beef and coffee from the bathroom storage all with out washing hands. the lead offered to remake sandwich and promised no hair would be in my sandwich this time. The staff was often to preoccupied with their phone to care observe food safety or even care to get orders correct. If this how Carl's Jr allows its franchise's to operate you have serious problem. No amount slick advertising will ever correct risky and poor customer service. Cooking food in this manner is a huge liability that could lead to customer sickness, or worse. Ecoli is easily transferred by handing ice by hand. Carls jr corp. needs to look into this restaurant cause it not displaying nothing close to service or delivering any product properly to the customer. I would never return to a Carl's Jr. in El Paso area based on the experience I just had.

Normally this location gets the job done, but tonight I went around 12:00am and ordered a milkshake and two tacos. I watched this young guy make a milkshake and it seriously looked like he was making one for the first time. The whip crap was all over the lid, hanging out real awkwardly, and the shake wasn't thick, but rather weird and runny. I blew it off at the moment and decided to order some tacos. I was asked to pull out of the drive through and park. Mind you, it was 12:00am, no line what-so-ever, and all I wanted was two tacos. Thankfully, I didn't wait long, just found it unusual. Once I got home and tasted the milkshake, I was incredibly put off. I do not usually go to Carl's jr. for desert which added to my disappointment.

I don't like going out of my way to say negative things, but after watching this guy make a shake and deliberately serve me what he did kind of irritates me. He saw how messy and weird it looked, and instead of asking his manager for help, he served it to me anyway. I wish I had said something while I was there...

After tasting it I called the store and let the manager know how displeased I was. He didn't seem to care. I know that attitude very well as I worked at Subway for a long while myself. I understand how annoying it is when people complain because as they can sometimes be unsubstantiated to down right ridiculous...But more often than not, if the customer took their time to complain its for a reason. Anyway, this dude tried to not sound rude but pretty much gave me a whatever attitude. After saying sorry and that he'd let his employee know, he stayed quiet. You could hear crickets. I then asked if he planned on replacing it, and he was like "oh yeah, well are you in the neighborhood?" I was like no, I'm at home, and I'm not coming back out. Again he stayed silent. I asked if he was going to take my name down and write it in a book so I could come back in the near future, and he said I should just call his GM, Gina, tomorrow.

My complained is based on the fact that the dude making my shake handed me an ill looking item with consistency to match without concern for quality, and his manager didn't really try to fix the problem over the phone. Had he shown a little more concern I would not be typing this right now. I can excuse the shake-maker as he seemed new and under stress, but come on, if your employee makes a mistake you gotta fix it with a little concern. I'm not asking you to juggle, just acknowledge the mistake.

I went to Carl's Jr on Mesa the other day and had the absolute best Guacamole Burger I've ever had. They accidentally ran out of regular buns and suggested using sour dough instead. The burger was even better. I highly recommend them.
