Great place for a burger!

Every time i get the dollar menu items i get a stomach ache. The wait time is ridiculous, and the place never had more than two or three people in it at a time. The guard, are you serious?? He makes people feel uncomfortable and mean mugs you when you ask for the bathroom. Wtf if he needed for? McDonald next door needs armed security not this place. He watches you eat out of playing on his phone. Customer service here is super slow. Very boring place. Awkward.

Horrible customer service, security was rude, and the lettuce that they put on the burgers was nothing but the stems, none of the green leaf. As a Carl's Jr fan i was very disappointed in this place worst Carls Jr EVER!

I like Carl's in general but this location always gets my order wrong when I use the drive-thru not once or twice but way more times than I care to admit. I always ask for no mayo and it always has mayo. No attention to detail. I just don't go there anymore. There's a McDonald's across the street, they'll get your order right.

Not all Carl's suck like this one. There is one by my work in Carson that just has awesome customer service.
