Carl's Jr., Long Beach, California, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

Whether I come in or drive through my experience is the same I get friendly service but the outcome is always the same I always have the wrong order the wrong food and only twice have I come back because they forgot to give me my dessert never again I will let everyone I know on every social medium never to go to this Carl's jr. I am all for equal rights and equal pay but when you can't even get my order right every single time I just don't think it's worth $15 an hour sorry

Okay here's I go to this Carl only out of convenience every work day. 1. You can't get a biscuit even 2 minutes before 6 am. 2. You can order from the lunch menu before 6 am but not after 6 am. 3. One guys lazy and doesn't want to offer sausage for the 2 biscuit combo even though its and option. 3. One girl mumbles so bad over the intercom that it's hard to even make out your order. Its a lucky day when everything is okay at this location. I hope this helps.

Every time I'm here it clean...never!!! Dirty great service and fast. The food is great prices are a little high but with this economy what price is not high?
