Completely messed up my order. Forgot my cheese for nachos, made my beef and bean burrito a bean burrito no sauce, gave me a crunchy taco instead of soft, and filled my cup to the lid with ice before pouring the drink in. But 2 employees could stand at the drive thru window and stare at the rain for 5 minutes.

I went trough the drive thru tonight, well 12am. No one was in the drive thru and I was told to wait. Then after I placed my order and told to pull forward I sat and waited.. After 20 min I started honking my horn and no one came. Still no one ever comes to the window. So I pull back around, and the girl tells me oh sorry I forgot.. How do you have a car sitting there for 20 min and just forget? If I wanted to wait going to wait 20 min to pay over $10 for a burger I'll go elsewhere

We had a bad experience about six months ago where the Cashier ignored us and then gave food that was slightly rancid. We complained about it and was given a coupon to try this Carl's Jr. again. We did try it twice since then, but this last time, we got home and found that we were given the wrong order. What they gave us should have cost less than it did. The employees seem to be angry and discourteous. I don't think a coupon would make me go back to this location.

Food:

I ordered a chicken quesadilla at the drive through, asked at the window to make sure it had chicken in it, she said it did. When i got home, it was just a cheese quesadilla.
