I literally live 2mins away get in& my FRIES aren't even warm! I love Carl's Jr's fries only! So I'm extremely disappointed.

I go through the drive-thru here often and one man in particular, Paul, is incredibly sweet and nice. Most of the other workers are very respectful, too, saying ma'am, sir, etc. I've had great experiences here and the food always tastes great!

Just DON'T GO! I went in for breakfast. First time in 2 yrs because of a previous incident. The person at the counter was hard to understand. The cook in the back was using curse words that were so loud you could hear them in the dining room. I asked to replace bacon that was burned to a crisp & got lip from the cook. They finally replaced with a sausage, but it was also burned. It was just an all around horrible experience. I called the phone number on my receipt. 2 days went by. No return call. I won't ever go back to a Carl's Jr. or Hardee's again!!!
