I asked for a Simple Burger w/ cheese... I received a cold burger that had been sitting under the heat lamp for (probably a 1/2 hr). No juice, and drawn from any color within the burger. I did receive a new burger, but it's as if the circumstances of the burger that I was given had NO issues. Disappointing on service and quality of food. I usually enjoy Carl Jr's

Poor customer service. Always so so slow. Now, after witnessing their horrible sanitation process/cleanliness, I will never eat there again.

I've been going to this carls jr for awhile now. Tonight they were very slow and while waiting for my food I noticed one of the employees in the back was putting the burgers together and handling the food without gloves on. When asking for a refund after seeing this I found out that it was in fact the manager of the store. I do not recomended eating at this Carl's jr as practices like this coming from the person running the store is disgusting and should not be passing sanitation codes. I suspect this is not the only thing wrong about this establishment.
