Honestly this probably the best carls that I've been too, i was surprised by the other reviews here but my experience was great. Okay so i order a spicy chicken sandwich & i ask if they could add jalapenos & guacamole to the sandwich & i was expecting some type of error but they added the items how i asked them too. I was amazed. Best burger ive ever had at carls. Great job.

I have been using the drive thru for five years, as I live close by. I always order the same thing- famous star, no onion, easy condiments. Sounds easy, right? Well, 99.9% of the time, they screw it up. Trying to even place an order is an ordeal. You say one thing and it's,"Oh, hold on.." This goes on constantly and it can take about five minutes to order three things. They must have the lowest IQs in the entire country at that store! And the food is usually just barely warm, which is putting people at risk to get sick!

Terrible customer service, double check your order before you leave every time because these idiots can't figure out the difference between 2 burgers or a burger and a fry. Then try to get the order fixed next time I'll go to one of the 4 other places to eat.

Yeah this particular Carl's can get behind on cleaning. But the manager that I dealt with was very nice and smiling. The other's that worked there were also kind. I have never had them mess up an order or charge me and inaccurate amount. However I do not use the drive thru.

Its the lunch time rush, but the place was dirty, dirty dirty, men's bathroom was wet on the floor, paper towels were stacked on the wet sink. Most tables were dirty along with the floor. Trash overflowing in trash cans . Even though its the lunch time rush and their were 35 people eating, it shouldn't look like that at anytime when open. But the food was good and service was good. Ill use the drive through next time... Maybe.
