Carl's Jr., Riverside, California, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

My Wife and a friend drove there to eat dinner, so they parked there but first walked down the street to to another store to inquire about a service. Half hour later, my wife's car is gone. The Manager of Carl's Jr. called the towing company to have it towed off the property. The manager denies doing this, but the tow company told us that they did. Now I'm out 240 dollars because the manger of this National Brand can pick and choose whose car she can have towed. There was another person that parked there the same time my wife did and walked down that street to another business, then an hour later came back and drove away. She wasn't planning to buy any burgers. Carls Jr. Just lost a customer for life. And believe me EVERYONE I KNOW WILL honor my complaint.
