Didn't hate it just don't understand why the large fries are soggy.

We picked up dinner at Carl's Jr last night. We ordered a Dbl Western, 9pc Chicken Stars, and a Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich. I had to pull to the front to wait for "fresh" Chicken Stars. When I got home with our order, the Chicken Stars were not fresh. The chicken sandwich had cheese on it and my husbands Dbl Western came with a bottom wheat bun that was as hard as a rock. I called to complain and had to drive back down there and make them give me our money back. This Carl's Jr is by far the worst one we have ever eaten at. And their customer service is horrible. We live less than 5 minutes from them, but will never eat there again.
