Slow service and it's overpriced. Over $8 for a combo? In this economy? Are you kidding me? The food is not even fresh. The guy was heating it up in the microwave. Also, what's with the watered down drinks? You could cryogenically preserve me with the ice that they've filled in my cup.

I have been to this Carls Jr a few times and each time I end up asking myself why I went back. The customer service is horrible - they lack the basic customer-friendly skills, never apologize for the wait, and get the order wrong every time. This morning I waited in line for almost 20 minutes and I was only the second car in line with an order of one bacon and egg breakfast burrito. The quality was poor and the staff was in no hurry to try to speed up their service. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
