We've had several bad experiences here, enough to know that bad food and horrible service is their standard procedure.

1st instance) undercooked breaded chicken on the Spicy Chicken sandwich. It was still cold in the center.

2nd instance) The order was wrong, but when we called to ask if we can have it replaced with the correct item (without eating any of it), the girl said, "No, the order was right. I remember." And refused to replace the incorrect items. We ended up going to a different Carl's Jr instead and not eating the food from here.

3rd instance) On a Saturday when this location is open 24 hours, we got into the drive through line around 1am. They took the order from the car in front of us, but turned their exterior lights off and pretended to be closed when we pulled up to the order box. As soon as we drove away they turned their lights back on.

4th instance) I had my two dogs buckled in the back seat of my car because we were going on a trip. At the food delivery window the woman started laughing and pointing at me, then had her coworkers come over. They talked, pointed, and laughed in another language until giving the food and it was very humiliating.

5th instance) The meat and cheese on the "all natural burger" were stale and hard. It didn't even appear to be made the same day.
I will never return to this location. I can't believe they're still open.

They have just made me one of the best six dollar westerns i think i have hade from any Carls Jr...

Went their in the evening, food was sub standard, burgers were sloppily put together, buns were soggy, ordered a large fry, and only half of the fry container was filled, and ordered chicken tenders, got chicken nuggets instead. The store was a mess as well, food sitting out, packaged and not safely stored and put away, cleaning supplies laying about the store.
