24 hour my ass, drive through said they were taking orders until 5am. I said but you're sign says 24 hours, she said but I said 5! wtf bad service bad attitude

We bought a coffee and some sausage biscuits. It turns out that there was a small in the coffee cup and the coffee started to come out. We went to get a new one, they didn't apologize the coffee gave her a small coffee.

Extremely bad service experience in the drive thru. With a young drive thru cashier after him being disrepectful l requested to speak to a manager and he stronly refused to the extent of one of his Co-Workers holding him back due to him becoming combative my two 7 year old girls were frieghtened and crying due to the escaltion on the Carls Jr employee. Then the a female Manager makes contact with me he admits what he said to me and she has the odasity to say if l want the food or not gives me the total and looks at me like it was my fault.
