Their chicken strips are terrible. Too small and overcooked. They look nothing like what's shown on the menu. What's the deal?

Late Monday nite...extremely excellent svc! Made my special order bacon/cheese fries w/o hesitation; didn't bat an eye whn I had 2 leave/go get $ frm atm making him suspend my order. A smile thru out my encounter (cld even tell thru drive thru speaker he had a smile!).
I NEVER use this chain. Thx 4 the rare encounter of svc for the customer!! Didn't rush me thru my order/helped me decide/made spec order...cldn't ask 4 better esp after re day I'd had!
