The person in drive thru was mumbling and had thick accent. Couldn't understand them.
Took over 7min to get just a sandwich and no one @ window told me the wait would be a while.
I asked for cup of water no ice and they gave me a cup w no lid. What kind of service is that for a drive thru customer? I know u want to save money, but that's just rude!

Hopefully the food will be worth it.

I've been a Carl's Jr. patron for many years. Have met Carl & his brother, Frank, many times. The staff at the Wetmore location is second to none. Professional and very friendly. It is a rare treat to go to a fast food and get this quality of service. Congratulations to management and staff for a job very well done!
