The food was good, the restaurant was clean. But experiencing bad customer service is a no-go for me.

For about the past year I have not received good service at this location. Most of the time staff is very friendly, but they run short staffed here, a lot.

Food:

Should definitely check your food every single time you leave this location. They forget stuff. They make up your order. They serve you old food. And all of that for waiting the longest time for your food! But not what you ordered of course. They just give you what they want. Don't worry about ordering, it won't matter. Just say give me blah blah amount of meals because odds of getting what you wanted does not exist

They never answer the phone and when they do they are rude and don't want to help you unless u get mad I have lived around here for 29 years and the last 5 years the service has gotten worse than ever needs new management or some one to get the employees to show better customer service and respect that when they mess up not get mad at the customer for calling and leting them know what happened to there order

I've been going to this Carl's Jr for about 4 years and always get the best service.The Manager Reese always go'es the Extra Mile to please and take great care of is customers like Family.To the Corporation of Carl's Jr This guy his the best Keep him in mind for a Raise he go'es the extra mile for your Company.Take Care Jeff.
