Really great restaurant! Food was amazing. Really expensive but worth it.

Marinated olives with Pino Noir and every steakhouse menu item cooked perfectly to order. Mashed potatoes topped with a poached egg - enough said - Nothing like it in Vegas. Adam made our experience at the bar unforgettable.

The most of steaks and sides are served family style. Being from Texas we all got the single serving of the bone in ribeye. The sides tasted really good. I would have given them 5 star if the steak was better then the one I made at home.

I've been here multiple times and always have a great meal. I always rate this place my number 1 or second number 1 vs Cut. Refer to my review over there. The cool thing about CarneVino is that they have a different swing on things over there. The style of the menu and restaurant is different. I love the massive bull in the Lobby. Although I am a Taurus. I may be partial. :). The dry aging process of their steaks is phenomenal and the cheese is yummy. Ooh also try their snack at the bar. The Parmesan crusted snack sticks. They are superb.

Underwhelmed again.
We had been to the restaurant a couple of years ago and we not thrilled with our experience, but everyone else seemed to like it so we thought we would give it another try. Much to our disappointment, it was basically the same Overpriced experience we had the first time. The atmosphere is nice and the waiter was great, but for over $500.00 I prefer a better presentation of food than a large dinner plate with a small steak in the middle alone. Then they serve our 3 sides in separate plates to be shared "family style." I guess I expected more creativity and effort, but just overpaid for a celebrity owned restaurant.
