"Festive", "loud" and "happening" sums up this "huge" West Loop "social arena" that "lives up to its name" thanks to "vibrant" decor ("colors explode at you"), "fabulous" drinks and Nuevo Latino dishes so "flavorful" some have a "foodgasm"; inside has a "lively" atmosphere and prices are "reasonable" , so even if a few sniff it's just "so-so", most agree it's "perfect for large groups."

Difficult to judge service when bartender barely speaks English. Clearly a spot that assumes because of location or something else they can present less than quality 'anything'.
Ordered an appetizer and dinner. Both showed up at the same time. My first bartender left so I asked another one to take my dinner to kitchen to keep warm. It took three times and a translator to understand. At this point I had to ask for water as the only thing they were interested in selling was drinks. English should be first language or spoken well in this position. Everyone working here seems more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers.

This place is awesome! Great Latin food. They have delicious Mojitos. Live music on certain days. A good place to take a date. Prices are moderate but nothing too crazy. Parking is tight but they do have paid valet. Try the Ropa Vieja!

Hands-down, this is one of the best noodle shops I have ever been to. The noodles were so fresh. And it's totally cheap. If you're near the convention you gotta check this place out. If I lived next to this place, I would eat there three times a week if not more. Remember to bring cash.

Went here for Dinner, because I'd never been, and always saw the building, as it sits off of the E-Way. We didn't have to wait long to be seated, as we had reservations. After being seated , we received the worst waiter I'd ever encountered, every suggestion was the most expensive thing on the menu, when I asked for something else, he suggested the next most expensive thing on the menu. This led me to believe that he had not tasted anything on the menu. After waiting 45 mins for my food, with no return form the waiter, the steak that I asked to be cooked "well done" came back to appear medium rare. After waiting another 15-20 mins for the waiter to return, the waiter's explanation was "The steak is cooked for 18 hours, so I assure you that it's done." The highlight of my night was the decor and when another server delivered my new well done steak (Which tasted totally different), he waited to make sure that it was to my liking.

I am usually a great tipper, and this was the first time that I gave a minimal tip, with a lil advice attached.

I may return, just to be sure that the experience wasn't normally this bad.

Great ambiance, attentive service but our server came across as fictitious congenial. We all liked our entrée choices. My Chicken Milanese was very good, and perfect with the caramelized sweet plantains!!.. The Tres Leches, tho a very creative dish, was very good. I would definitely return.
