Great food, and good prices. I've been coming here since 2003, still serving good food quickly.

Absolutely the best carne machaca burrito I have ever had. Been there approximately 8-10 times and it actually gets better each time. Order the machaca burro with beans and cheese, it's amazingly delicious. Not much on looks inside or out, that's okay though.

Very poor customer service. Ordered a kids chicken soft taco meal. A regular chicken combo came out with my order. No big deal, my kid has been eating the regular chicken soft tacos for years. Tonight however, she bit into one and about choked. They changed their recipe and they now have jalapeno in them. I personally welcome the change for myself and my husband. However, when I went up to discuss this with the manager and explained that my child couldn't eat the meal and that I had originally asked for a kids chicken soft taco meal - I was told that the kids meal only comes with hard shells. What? Are they pre-made or fried and sitting around waiting for customers to order them? Don't they make the tortillas there? You scoop a spoonful of plain chicken used for the kids meal into a soft flour or corn tortilla - pretty simple. What is so hard that you can't make that adjustment? They did refund the cost of the meal. Makes me wonder what they feel is okay to provide in the kids items - certainly if you can't make a simple change then something is not being made fresh like the rest of the menu. When there is only a few items on a kids menu to choose from you have to be able to offer more than a hard shell. A small child isn't going to want to bite into a hard shell nor does all children like the hard shell. Very bad when you have all the items there at hand and you can't adjust!!

I would've given them 5 stars based on their west valley location, however my experience was terrible. For starters, they have complimentary salsa in a ketchup pump by the soda machines. I placed a "go to" order amd was only given 4 small 1oz containers of salsa for all the food I order. I had asked for more since they didn't have any containers set out to get my own. The cashier argued with me, trying to justify the amount she had already given me. She said if I wanted more salsa, I had to pay an additional charge, even though there's complimentary salsa set out at the condiment bar. I asked if I could just go to the condiment bar and squirt sone salsa on my food. I was told no that it was for dine in guests only. I left... it made no sense to me as to why I would be charged! If I stsyed to est, dirtying up their tables, then I could have as mich salsa as I wanted. That's like ordering french fries and having to pay for ketchup! Lol The facility was filthy, dust dirt and grime all over the walls and ceilings that could potentially end up in your food. In a very run down neighborhood. Food is excellent though, of you go to their 91st ave and Peoria location.
