They get your Order wrong and they are very rude! Never again will I patronize that dump

Burritos are getting skimpy and late night lady is not very good at customer service. Less and less meat every month.

The food here is good. As long as they have lemons or limes. Best horchata

This place is about 2 blocks away, so one of the stars is for proximity. The food is good but not great. The prices are reasonable but not cheap. I like the California burrito and the carne asada.

First, let's be honest: This is not the cleanest restaurant in the world, and the service is not exactly first rate. HOWEVER, that's about where my protests end.

Chief among my likes: Carne asada fries (bed of shoestring fries covered with guacamole, sour cream, cheese, pico de gallo) -- do it, it'll make you a better person. Also, the rolled tacos w/guac & queso are pretty great.

For credibility, I grew up near the border in San Diego, and was raised on taqueria food. Carolina's is not amazing, but it is good for Sacramento and not terribly expensive. Oh, and bring cash.
